Rochester’s Willy Wonka: Nowave
Out of Rochester NY, Nowave is the cannabis industry’s Willy Wonka facility. The team here at Dream Daze was invited to take a tour of their facility recently and what we saw is simply lovely. Nowave is the brand behind Offhours, Snoozy, Luci, and Eaton. Their facility is a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) facility which means it passed a strict independent audit that will qualify the facility to produce pharmaceuticals, food and other cosmetics under a consistent quality and safety standard.
On top of the GMP certification Nowave utilizes a state of the art $250,000 nano-emulsification machine that blasts the cannabinoids into their formula at 30,000 PSI ensuring a true consistent nano onset in each gummy. But it all starts with the water, Nowave is truly the Willy Wonka of the cannabis industry. Nowave got in contact with Culligan, the masterminds behind the ZeroWater™ filter to custom make a water filtration system for their facility ensuring they have the cleanest water they can for their gummies. The entire process is done with custom made machines that had to be dialed in via engineers over a good amount of time. I have to hand it to Nowave, they really have their processes down to nano-science.
Not only do they put this much focus into making the gummies but as well as the THC and minor cannabinoid formulas that make up the gummies. Nowave keeps a trusted chemist on staff who formulates each gummy to get the perfect ratio for your consumption. For example their sleep gummies, the Cherry Berry Offline and Grape Punch Offline, were a ratio of 10 THC, 10 CBD, and 10 CBN but users were reporting morning grogginess, their chemist revised it to a 10:10:4, and the results? Less reports of morning grogginess but no reports on lack of strength from the 6mg CBN loss. They have a gummy for every mood, truly revolutionizing the way people make and consume gummies.
To go along with the gummies, Offhours offers three different types of THC infused syrups. Unlike your traditional tincture made with medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) oil, Offhours uses an all natural 100% pure agave syrup. Currently the three different types are Grandaddy Purple (GDP), Berry Rntz, and Super Lemon Haze. The GDP syrup is a 10:2 THC:CBN ratio with 20 servings, which would be 200mg THC and 40mg CBN in the entire bottle. The Berry Rntz syrup is a 10:2 THC:CBD with 20 servings, which would be 200mg THC and 40mg CBD in the entire bottle. Lastly the Super Lemon Haze syrup which is a 10:2 ratio of THC:CBG, with 20 servings, which would be 200mg THC and 40mg CBG in the entire bottle.
On top of all the Offhours products they produce they also take over production for some other companies, like Snoozy. Snoozy’s most popular products are low dosage gummies that have added mushrooms for a great overall botanical boost. Luci infused pre-rolls are also made in the Nowave facility. Luci’s pre-rolls are infused with live resin down the middle of the joint, ensuring a nice and even burn that is going to pack a punch! Luci has a live rosin doughnut hole as well, made with 1g of premium flower and 0.3g of premium live rosin rolled into a snake and inserted into the middle of the roll. What makes the doughnut holes special are that they are hand rolled to get a nice consistent burn throughout the doughnut holes.
In conclusion, Nowave truly is truly the Willy Wonka of gummies. Everything that they do is up to the standards that Mr. Wonka would have if he was in the cannabis industry. They are constantly innovating, the 100% natural agave syrups are just the tip of the chocolate factory for Nowave. I’m very excited to see what they have in store for us in 2027 and beyond!
